- Business onsite rate is $80 per hour
- Residential onsite rate is $60 per hour
- Any work done in shop is $60 per hour

- YES! For $1500 you get a complete web site, that includes:
- Domain Name
- One year of web hosting
- Email for one year using yourname@yourdomain.com
- future changes made to your site at $50 per hour
- I can also take your existing web site and optimize it for search engines.
- What brand of hardware do you recommend?
- I have used Dell Servers/Workstations/Laptops for 8 years, and have had very few problems. I would be happy to assist you with the purchase of new hardware.
- Is your work guaranteed?
- YES! If I don’t fix your problem, you don’t pay.
- Do you offer pickup and delivery?
- Yes, at no charge. If there is work to be done on site however my standard rates apply.
- How soon can you get here?
- My response times are VERY fast. If you have an emergency (such as a down server) I will respond immediately. For standard calls, I will schedule a time that works best for you. Even after hours and weekends.
- What is your turn around time for in shop items?
- If I pickup your system for in shop repair, I can usually have it back to you the next day. However, this may change depending on the availability of parts.
